Who we are

ForceSP provides IRC, radio and web hosting and has been online since 2007. We are based in Romania. This page explains what personal data we collect and why.

What we collect

Account and billing details (name, address, email, phone), order and invoice history, support tickets, and technical data about your services such as IP addresses and server logs. Card and PayPal payments are handled by our payment providers.

How we use it

To provide and manage your services, bill you, answer support requests, keep our network secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Legal basis

We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in security and in preventing fraud and abuse.

Sharing

We share data only with payment providers, domain registries when you register a domain, and the authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use tracking cookies. The client area uses session cookies needed to log in. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as accounting and legal rules require.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its processing, and complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP). Contact us at sales@forcesp.biz, through the client area or the contact page.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure.
